feat: Implement Canvas rendering system and VitePress exporter plugin

- Add Canvas rendering implementation in `notes/render-canvas.md`
- Create VitePress exporter plugin in `src/main.ts` with commands for exporting notes
- Implement settings management for the plugin in `src/settings.ts`
- Add CSS file for potential styling needs
- Create version bump script in `version-bump.mjs` for managing versioning
