Update branding assets and README for Omoo Lab

- Revamped README.md to reflect new branding and mission statement.
- Added new cover image (Cover.zh.png) and various logo formats (Logo.bbg.h.png, Logo.bbg.png, Logo.bo.h.png, Logo.bo.png, Logo.h.png, Logo.h.svg, Logo.wbg.h.png, Logo.wbg.png, Logo.wo.h.png, Logo.wo.png).
- Removed obsolete BASE.base file and branding README.md.
- Introduced new watermarker images (Watermarker.34.png, Watermarker.43.png, Watermarker.h.43.png).
